All orders for delivery are shipped via UPS on a next day service by 12 noon for orders placed before 1pm. This does not apply for pre-order shipments that ship on the advertised date.

The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the applicable legislation in the country where the goods are shipped.
We do not know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier once the goods have arrived at their destination.
In the event that taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipping costs and customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be refunded.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION DELIVERY TIMES FOR ORDERS
We aim to ship all orders placed before 13:00 hours the same business day, any orders placed after 13:00 hours will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that during busy periods and sales, this is sometimes not possible.
USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you think you will not be at home to receive your package, please provide us with an alternative address if this suits you better, for example, your work address. You can enter the address of your choice on the checkout page in the Shipping Address section.
IF YOU ARE NOT THERE WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES
Our delivery partners will leave you a notecard with contact details that will explain the steps to follow so that you can receive your order.
IF THERE ARE DELAYS
We make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made when we say they will be. However, sometimes there are things beyond our control that delay delivery. If delivery is going to be delayed, we will email you as soon as possible and inform you of the new delivery arrangements.
HOW TO CONTACT US ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
If you have any specific questions about delivery, please contact us email@example.com. Please note that our office hours are 9am to 9pm GMT, Monday to Friday. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our carrier, UPS, with your tracking number.
OUR RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. We will give you a full refund or exchange the item.
Once we receive the package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting a refund. Please note that this process may take 5 to 10 days.
The refund is made directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account approximately one to two billing cycles from the time you receive our email.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT
Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
If you no longer have the packing slip, please email us at a firstname.lastname@example.org.
We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, we ask that you allow up to 15 days from the time it arrives in our warehouse for your return or exchange to be processed.
You can send us an email email@example.com to inform us that you have returned the package. Just follow the instructions on the packing slip and we will take care of the rest. We recommend that you make a note of the tracking number in case something goes wrong, so we can track your item.
